A year ago, Centric made a decision: commit fully to Odoo, and build a business-to-business practice around it.
Odoo has now upgraded us to Silver Partner.
Reaching Silver happened because the commitment was total — six of our team are now certified Odoo 19 experts, with further certifications already in progress, and every implementation since has been delivered by people who work on this platform exclusively.
What Silver means
Odoo grades its partners across four tiers: Ready, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The tier is not something a partner applies for or purchases. Odoo calculates it from what a partner has actually delivered.
Two measures drive it:
Certified expertise. Odoo's certification is functional rather than theoretical. Consultants are tested on configuring live modules, not on describing features. Centric currently holds six Odoo 19 certifications across the team, with more scheduled.
Delivered implementations. Odoo counts systems that reach production and stay there. Signed contracts do not move a partner up a tier; working systems do.
Silver confirms we have met both standards.
Why we focused on Odoo
Centric has been working with Maltese businesses consistently, that work (infrastructure, support, systems that had to keep running) taught us where operational software tends to fail, and why most businesses end up managing their operations across four disconnected tools instead of one.
Odoo solved that problem better than anything else we had deployed. So rather than treat it as one service among many, we restructured around it: a dedicated B2B practice, a certified team, and a single platform we know deeply instead of several we know adequately.
That focus is the reason the Silver upgrade came as quickly as it did.
Our Odoo work covers full system setup and customisation, data migration from existing systems, staff training, and ongoing support delivered locally.
What's next
Gold. The requirements are more certifications and more implementations in production, which is simply a description of the work we are already doing.
Thinking about Odoo?
If your business is running on a patchwork of spreadsheets, a legacy accounts package, and three systems that don't talk to each other, that's the conversation we have most often.
We'll map Odoo to how your business actually works and show you the result before you commit to anything.
