Role Overview

This student placement supports Centric's managed IT team in maintaining the systems, hardware, and networks that keep client operations running. It offers hands-on experience across everyday IT support and infrastructure work, including equipment setup and troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Mentorship is provided throughout, with responsibilities expanding as skills develop.

The placement suits a student who enjoys working with technology, has an aptitude for practical problem-solving, and is looking for real exposure to how IT support and infrastructure are delivered in a business environment.
