Role Overview
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems for our clients. You will work with computers, networks, backup solutions, telephony systems, cloud services, printers and security equipment.
You will provide both remote and on-site support, investigate technical issues and ensure that customer systems remain secure, reliable and operational.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers and gaining practical experience across different IT environments.

Job Details
* Employment Type: Full-time.
* Location: On-site and at customer locations across Malta.
* Working Hours: Monday to Saturday.
* Driving Licence: Required.
* Experience: Previous IT support experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other devices.
- Set up computers, accounts and equipment for new employees.
- Install Windows, Microsoft Office, drivers and business software.
- Configure and maintain Acronis backup and security services.
- Install and maintain routers, switches, access points and firewalls.
- Install, terminate, test and organise network cabling.
- Configure and maintain Nebry, 3CX and other VoIP systems.
- Manage extensions, call routing, forwarding and out-of-hours flows.
- Install and support NVRs, IP cameras and security systems.
- Configure Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners and peripheral devices.
- Support point-of-sale systems and other business equipment.
- Perform IT audits, preventative maintenance and security checks.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and system configurations.
Preferred
- Degree, diploma or certification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT support or field services.
- Experience with Acronis backup and endpoint-security solutions.
- Experience with Nebry, 3CX or other VoIP platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of routers, switches, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls.
- Experience with NVRs, CCTV cameras and PoE equipment.
- Knowledge of NAS devices and network storage.
- Experience with printers, point-of-sale systems and business equipment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and access-management practices.
Essential

- Good understanding of wired and wireless networking.
- Ability to diagnose hardware, software and connectivity problems.
