Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new business oppertunities for our Odoo ERP solutons. You will build relationships with prospective clients, understand their operational challanges, and guide them through to a successful sale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding business needs, and closing deals.

* Salary: €25,000 plus commission
* Driving Licence: Required

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and present relevant Odoo solutions
  • Build and manage a sales pupeline through to closing
  • Liaise with the implementation team to ensure smooth handovers
  • Represent Centric at meetings, calls and industry events
  • Prepare and dliver client proposals and quotes
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and oppoertunities
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Essentials

  • Previous experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
  • Self motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid driving licence

Preferred

  • Experience selling ERP, software or tech solutions
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP systems
  • Understanding of business processes (accounting, inventory, CRM)
  • Fluency in Maltese
  • Existing network within the Maltese business community
