Our Repair Process

Submit Your Request
Fill in the repair form with your details and a short description of the issue.

Device Diagnosis
We inspect the device and identify the problem. A €15 diagnostic fee applies, deductible if repaired.

Quote and Repair
We send you the repair quote, and once approved, we begin the repair.

Testing and Collection
After testing the device, we let you know when it is ready for collection.

Walk-ins are welcome, and repairs begin with a device check, diagnosis, and quote approval before any work is carried out.
Completed repairs include a 3-month warranty covering the work carried out, excluding new damage, misuse, or unrelated faults.
A €15 non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to all repair assessments and is deducted from the final price if the repair is completed.
