Welcome to our Terms & Conditions. Please read this page carefully as it outlines the important rules and agreements that apply when you use our products and services. By engaging with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Our terms are designed to be clear and straightforward so you always know where you stand. We believe in transparency, and our policies are in place to protect both you and our business.


General Terms of Sale


The market in the goods is such that the specification, description and price of individual goods may change at any time.

The invitation to purchase goods from us does not constitute an offer. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods at the specified price.

Where possible, we will accept your order via confirmation (including email), at which point a binding agreement is formed. If we are unable to accept your order at the stated price or specification, we will notify you and may offer an alternative. Any such offer remains valid for the period specified.

All contracts are concluded in the English language.


Returns & Refunds


Refunds are only applicable where a product is faulty or develops a fault within the applicable warranty period.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect expectations or compatibility issues not caused by a defect

Refunds may be issued as:

  • Full refund.
  • Store credit, at the customer’s preference.

Conditions for returns:

  • Valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

  • Product must be returned with original packaging.

  • All included accessories must be returned.

  • Items must be in good condition unless faulty.

Only sealed items may be returned unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Cables

  • Special order items (unless faulty or damaged)

Where a product is confirmed faulty:

  • Replacement will be provided free of charge where possible

  • If damage is caused by the customer, replacement or refund will not be granted

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.


Warranty Conditions


Warranty periods are as follows:

  • New products: 2 years

  • Refurbished products: 1 year

  • Extended warranty (where purchased): up to 3 years

Warranty services may be handled internally or through the supplier depending on the product.

Warranty is void if the product shows:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Damage caused by power surges

  • Evidence of third-party repairs or tampering

Warranty process:

  • The product and valid proof of purchase must be provided

  • Inspection and testing will be carried out before approval

Turnaround time for warranty claims may take up to 30 days.

Resolution priority:

  • Replacement will be prioritised where possible

  • If replacement is not possible, the product will be repaired


Repairs Terms & Conditions


A non-refundable €15 deposit is required for all devices submitted for repair. This deposit also covers diagnostic assessment.

By submitting a device for repair, the customer agrees to the following:

  • The €15 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances

  • If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, the deposit remains payable

  • If the device is beyond repair, the deposit remains payable

Repairs will only proceed after customer approval.

Centric is not responsible for any data loss. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting any device.

Repairs may be carried out using:

  • Original parts, or

  • Compatible third-party parts depending on availability

All repairs carry a 3-month warranty on the replaced parts only.

Device collection:

  • Customers will be contacted up to three times over a 3-month period

  • If the device is not collected within 3 months from the intake date, it will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of

No storage fees are charged for delayed collection.


Invoice Terms & Conditions (B2B)


Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.

Failure to settle invoices by the due date may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Suspension of supply

  • Legal action to recover outstanding amounts

All goods remain the property of Centric until paid in full.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Card

  • Bank transfer


Website Orders – Delivery & Pickup


  • Delivery fee is €5 for orders under €30

  • Orders over €30 may qualify for free delivery

  • Delivery timeframe is 1–2 business days unless the order is custom

Delivery is attempted once. If delivery cannot be completed, further arrangements may be required.

Orders may be cancelled within 1–2 days before dispatch.

Risk and responsibility for goods transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
